I hate to admit this, but I’m a bit peeved that my birthday has been tainted for the last thirty years with Boss’s Day, one of the lamest holidays on the calendar. So perhaps I’m biased, but I would bet my haul of National Sausage Day (another lame October “holiday”) gifts that the Wikipedia entry above was doctored by some Hallmark PR hack.
